How long does it take to have a standard piece made?
Shipment of completed pieces is generally 3 weeks from day of order/ payment. Each piece is made and finished to order. If you need a faster turnaround, please reach out to us and we will work something.
What if I don’t see what I’m looking for?
We can adjust any standard design shown to your liking or create a unique custom-designed piece just for you. Just reach out to us and let us know what you have in mind. Our only limit is your imagination.
How long does it take to have a custom Kappa Kreations piece made?
The time required to develop a custom design is unique for every customer and piece. However, if you can provide clear direction, the design will progress quickly. A modification of an existing design can be done in days while most new designs can be completed in about a week. Throughout the design process you will receive clear visual representations and information on the piece being created for you. Once a custom design is approved, shipment of the completed piece is generally 3 weeks from day of payment.
How much does a custom design cost?
There are many factors that influence the price of a custom piece such as materials (silver, gold, platinum), size, design, stones etc. Please fill out a Make it Kustom form or Contact Us for more information.
What materials do you use?
Our pieces are made from stainless steel, sterling silver, 14K or 18K gold, platinum, or a combination of metals.
What quality stones do you use?
As with everything produced by Kappa Kreations we never cut corners. We use VS/ Si or better diamonds and our gemstones are AAA quality.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts on multiples of the same piece when ordered together. Please contact us for details.
Is shipping included?
Yes, FedEx or USPS Priority shipping is included in the price. Pieces over $1,000 are shipped via FedEx Overnight and will require an adult signature (continental US only). International shipping will cost extra.
